Brodie is an industrial/organizational psychologist focused on helping people unlock their potential through coaching, feedback, goal setting, and other best practices from psychological science.

Brodie most recently led senior partner learning and development at McKinsey & Company, developing and delivering programs across the senior partner learning journey. In addition, she led special projects for partner L&D, supporting partners in developing their coaching and counseling skills and also provided internal coaching support to pre-partner consultants

She is also the author of The Coaching Shift and Feedback Fundamentals and Evidence-Based Best Practices and part-time faculty in HR Masters program at Georgetown University
