Kate Neville

Facilitator

Kate is an experienced coach, facilitator, consultant, attorney and policy analyst. She has worked with clients across the AmLaw100, financial services and top-tier consulting firms.

Kate graduated from Princeton University, received her law degree from Harvard Law School, and served as a postdoctoral fellow at Yale University. She is a Certified Facilitator through Georgetown's Institute for Transformational Leadership (ITL), an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner, and a Certified Professional Diversity Coach through Coach Diversity Institute (CDI).

Previously, Kate worked in private practice, academia, management consulting, and policy analysis roles before starting her own consulting firm, Neville Consulting Services, in 2007. She currently lives with her spouse in Washington, DC, volunteers her time with a number of service organizations, and works with clients across the globe.
