Remona is a former management consultant turned executive coach with a passion for influencing change through people development.

Remona started her career at McKinsey & Company, serving clients on projects in the mining, energy, and retail banking industries in the US, Africa, and Asia. As a consultant, she helped clients tackle their most pressing strategic operational and organizational priorities. After rising to the role of Engagement Manager, she shifted her focus to learning and development, and joined McKinsey’s Partner and Senior Partner learning team. In this role, Remona designed and delivered learning programs for McKinsey’s 2500+ global partners. Her focus areas included enabling partners to identify significant growth opportunities, making meaningful connections with clients and others, and communicating effectively in person and virtually.

Remona then joined Transom Consulting, an elite management consulting firm, as Head of Talent. At Transom, she led recruiting efforts and designed and delivered learning programs that enabled consultants to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Remona is a Coaches Training Institute, trained Co-Active Coach, and specializes in supporting high achievers in transition.
